  1. Thanks and goodnight

    West Brom 4-0 Burnley

That is pretty much it from me. I told you to give this game a chance. It didn't disappoint. Well, West Brom didn't anyway. They were brilliant and can bask for the next five days.

On the flip side, Burnley will probably be feeling a bit like this poor sound man at the latest Minnesota Vikings NFL game...

    I'll see thee.

  2. Any other business?

Is it too late now to say 'I don't want any part of this boss, it's embarrassing'? Yes Neymar, yes it is.

  3. 'Salomon feels part of the group'

    West Brom 4-0 Burnley

West Brom boss Tony Pulis: "We are pleased - it was going to be a tough game, Sean Dyche's players are honest and hard-working but we got goals at the right time.

"Every three points is enormous and back-to-back wins are very important. I'm pleased for the supporters as well.

"We will take every game as it comes - the most important thing is to make sure we are ready for Hull this weekend, that will be such a tough game

"I'm pleased pleased so Salomon, who has upped his game this season. He has settled in, he feels part of the group and he is such a smashing lad."

  4. 'Not good enough'

    West Brom 4-0 Burnley

Burnley's Johann Berg Gudmundsson on Sky Sports: "This game was not good enough from us. We made mistakes and we got punished.

"Our play was too slow, we did not mix it up enough. The first half was just terrible.

"This is the Premier League - every game is really tough. You cannot lose concentration for one minute. We have to pick ourselves up and go from there."

  5. 'They were miles better'

    West Brom 4-0 Burnley

Burnley boss Sean Dyche: "It was not good enough - the first half particularly. The game was done at half-time.

"We just got drunk on keeping the ball and playing in front of them and that is what they want you to do so they can counter attack. We got sucked into it - even though we had told the players what to expect.

"We have good points on the board but you have to build on what you are doing at home and take that on the road. I think some of that is a mentality thing - to play with more belief.

"We have had two below-par performances on TV - here and at Southampton, we were miles off it.

"I broke my leg here at 17 and I have never had a result here - one of the few grounds in the country where I have had nothing."

  6. 'Rondon is perfect for the Premier League'

    West Brom 4-0 Burnley

West Brom's Darren Fletcher on Sky Sports: "Salomon Rondon is the focal point and the start of all our attacks.

"There are times when he does not get that much service, especially away from home, but he is grafting and working for the team.

"I think he is a top-class striker and is improving every month - he is made for the Premier League, he is a perfect striker for it.

"It gives you a confidence booster to go ahead early - we wanted to be on the front foot from the go tonight and after that it was difficult for Burnley to get going.

"The manager keeps us on an even keel, he expects hard work, he prides himself on clean sheets but he is adding things going forward."

  8. Going the distance

  9. 'Could be double figures'

Ashley Barnes and Dean Marney after the final whistle

This is one where Burnley could watch the game again on video but they have to forget about it and clear their minds.

If they perform like that against Manchester City next weekend it could be double figures.

  10. Post update

    West Brom 4-0 Burnley

West Brom striker Salomon Rondon: "We were perfect tonight. We played very well. 4-0 is very important at home and to get the points.

"I am very happy I need to score goals. Tonight is special."

  11. 'West Brom were tremendous'

    West Brom 4-0 Burnley

    Chris Sutton

Ex-Chelsea striker on BBC Radio 5 live

Burnley's away form must be a big concern. Their away form is poor - and there are huge question marks over that.

West Brom were absolutely tremendous in a very one-sided game. It was a convincing win and they will get a lot of confidence from it. Some of their football was slick, neat and street-wise. Rondon was unplayable in the first half - and Michael Keane was bullied by him.

It was easy street for West Brom. It will probably be their easiest win of the season.

  12. Post update

    West Brom 4-0 Burnley

Tom Heaton of Burnley looks dejected

Emphatic. Ruthless. Almost cruel. West Brom's biggest win of the season sends them up to ninth in the table. Burnley remain without a win on the road and with just one goal in the plus column away from Turf Moor.

  13. Post update

    West Brom 4-0 Burnley

This is going to be the first time Burnley will have had over 50% possession in a Premier League game this season. And yet they've taken an absolute hammering. Go figure.

  14. Post update

    West Brom 4-0 Burnley

Oh, Craig Gardner almost nabs his side a fifth goal as he rises to glance a header wide from a corner. The last touch was actually from Jonny Evans, desperately trying to steer the ball goalward.

  15. Post update

    West Brom 4-0 Burnley

    Chris Sutton

Ex-Chelsea striker on BBC Radio 5 live

This is not one for Burnley not to over-analyse because they have very few positives to take out of the game.

  16. Post update

    West Brom 4-0 Burnley

Craig Dawson jumps for the ball

West Brom playing keep-ball now, toying with their broken opponent. A long period of possession puts Craig Gardner in position to shoot and it takes a hand from Tom Heaton to prevent him scoring.

The board says we'll have three more minutes added to the end of this game.

  17. Post update

    West Brom 4-0 BUrnley

    Chris Sutton

Ex-Chelsea striker on BBC Radio 5 live

This thumping defeat tonight - I just wonder how much damage that will do to Sean Dyche's team.

They have Manchester City in their next game and that will obviously be tricky.

  18. Post update

    West Brom 4-0 Burnley

Amazingly (or not depending on how cruel you want to be), this is only the third time that a side managed by Tony Pulis has scored four goals in a Premier League game. He has managed 284 in the top-flight including tonight.

  19. SUBSTITUTION

    West Brom 4-0 Burnley

Before the corner, West Brom sent on Craig Gardner for James Morrison, prompting standing ovation number three from the home fans.

When the corner is swung in, it comes to nothing.

  20. Post update

    West Brom 4-0 Burnley

It is nearly five. Hal Robson-Kanu is just a few inches from getting on the end of Chris Brunt's swinging ball in to the corridor of uncertainty. Corner conceded by Burnley.
