Seth Gogo Egoeh: So after being given a contract as head coach till season end, Mike Phelan thinks it's funny to reward fans with 6-1 loss?

KoloKennethK: The Permanent job has unveiled the true Phelan.

    Bournemouth 6-1 Hull

Six doesn't flatter Bournemouth here, a great performance from Eddie Howe's side but hull were dreadful.

  4. Post update

    Bournemouth 6-1 Hull

Late charge from Hull? A high, deep David Meyler cross puts some pressure on the hosts' defence, but Artur Boruc gets a hand to it to tip the ball away from danger.

  5. Post update

    Bournemouth 6-1 Hull

Well, that's 17 goals conceded in the last four games for Hull I believe? Mike Phelan's first game in permanent charge certainly hasn't panned out the way he would have hoped.

  6. GOAL - Dan Gosling

    Bournemouth 6-1 Hull

All to easy for Bournemouth but it is a smart finish from Dan Gosling. He strokes in left-footed from the edge of the area to inflict more misery on Hull.

Dan Gosling scores the sixth Bournemouth goal

    Bournemouth 5-1 Hull

Callum Wilson goes after that goal, with Benik Afobe taking his place.

  8. GOAL - Callum Wilson

    Bournemouth 5-1 Hull

Five for Bournemouth. Callum Wilson finds himself with a free header at the back post from a Joshua King cross and nods home.

    Callum WIlson scores

    Bournemouth 4-1 Hull

And just as I mentioned Jack Wilshere not having played a full game for the Cherries, he is substituted. Dan Gosling the man to replace him.

    Bournemouth 4-1 Hull

Third and final change for Hull as David Meyler is brought on to replace Ryan Mason.

  11. Post update

    Bournemouth 4-1 Hull

Jack Wilshere again the man to cause Hull problems with the ball at his feet, winning a free kick inside the visitors' half.

The Arsenal loanee is hoping to complete his first 90 minutes of league action in more than two years today...

  12. Post update

    Bournemouth 4-1 Hull

Jack Wilshere gallops forward down the middle for the hosts and draws the Hull defence out before finding Callum Wilson, who cuts onto his left and fires a shot at David Marshall.

  13. Post update

    Bournemouth 4-1 Hull

Hull's defensive problems continue, you wouldn't count against Bournemouth adding more either...

  14. GOAL - Stanislas

    Bournemouth 4-1 Hull

A lovely bit of skill from substitute Joshua King finds Adam Smith, who drives a low ball across the area for the oncoming Junior Stanislas to grab his second with a smart right-footed finish.

    Junior Stanislas second goal

    Bournemouth 3-1 Hull

A change for Hull, too. Andrew Robertson is replaced by Adama Diomande, who is also a Norway international.

He goes straight up top alongside Will Keane as Mike Phelan's side attempt to salvage something from this game.

    Andrew Robertson

    Bournemouth 3-1 Hull

Jordon Ibe is taken off by Bournemouth boss Eddie Howe and the former Liverpool man will no doubt be pleased with his contribution today. Norway international Josh King is the man to replace him.

  17. Post update

    Bournemouth 3-1 Hull

Ryan Mason goes on a marauding forward run but never really looks to have the ball under control, one heavy touch takes him into the Bournemouth area and the Tigers midfielder goes down - but no penalty.

    Bournemouth 3-1 Hull

Andrew Robertson goes into the book for a late tackle on Harry Arter. The Hull defender will probably tell you he had no choice but to bring the breaking Bournemouth midfielder down...

  19. Post update

    Bournemouth 3-1 Hull

Hull have looked better since the break, but then that wasn't going to be difficult. Tom Huddlestone drops deep and pings a trademark diagonal ball out to Ahmed Elmohamady, who in turn finds Robert Snodgrass before the attack peters out.

    Robert Snodgrass

    Bournemouth 3-1 Hull

Tom Huddlestone replaces Shaun Maloney for the visitors, a change in shape for Mike Phelan's side you would expect?
