  1. Farewell

    Arsenal 3-2 Swansea

Thank you for joining me today. I now have to finish off a match report.

You can read it by clicking here. Thanks for all your tweets today and hopefully both sets of fans can take positives from that one.

    Arsenal 3-2 Swansea

A cracking game, I do hope you enjoyed the commentary. There were times where Arsenal looked vulnerable there, hanging on and two half-chances - both headers - could have won Swansea a late point.

That said, Theo Walcott should have scored two late goals to open the deficit a little, it's hard to tell if Arsene Wenger will be happy or not. Yes his side have won again but they made a right dog's dinner of it.

Oh and Granit Xhaka should be on the naughty step all week long after leaving them with 10 men and in a right state.

  3. CLOSE!

    Arsenal 3-2 Swansea

The Welsh side lose the ball and we have a photo copy of the Arsenal break from 10 minutes ago. Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain can cross for Theo Walcott, it's two against one. He picks out Walcott and is this his hat-trick... no. This time he fires over.

    What a chance.

  4. Post update

    Arsenal 3-2 Swansea

Will we get one more attack? Swansea have it...

  5. Post update

    Arsenal 3-2 Swansea

A ball swung into the box but Laurent Koscielny is brave and stoops to head clear.

Arsene Wenger is pointing at the corner, telling Petr Cech to boot the ball in there.

  6. Post update

    Arsenal 3-2 Swansea

We will have four added minutes and Arsenal have the ball deep in Swansea territory.

Bob Bradley will probably be pleased with this, his boys have been gutsy. Federico Fernández just saw a header saved smartly by Petr Cech. They come forward again...

  7. Post update

    Arsenal 3-2 Swansea

Leroy Fer rises at the back post, half a chance, on target but into the hands of Petr Cech. Arsenal hanging on but the door not exactly being blown down by too strong a Swansea wind.

    Arsenal 3-2 Swansea

In comes a Swansea corner. Headed clear.

A break on for Arsenal, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain will lead it. He finds Theo Walcott and he has scored....NO. Off the inside of the post and across the line. He couldn't get any closer.

    Theo Walcott

    Arsenal 3-2 Swansea

Alexis Sanchez must be pretty wiped after his international exploits on the other side of the glove. Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain is on. A double switch, Mesut Ozil off for Kieran Gibbs.

Some good news for Arsenal, Modou Barrow is going to hobble off. Angel Rangel on.

  10. CLOSE!

    Arsenal 3-2 Swansea

Modou Barrow has Nacho Monreal on toast. The full-back cannot handle the direct approach of the Swansea man. Again Barrow opens up and takes his man on, cutting a splendid ball into the path of Gylfi Sigurdsson who blazes over from 16 yards. He would have been the man Swansea wanted on it, his usual composure briefly lacking.

    Gylfi Sigurdsson
  11. CLOSE!

    Arsenal 3-2 Swansea

If anyone deserves a  goal today it's Modou Barrow. He's on the end of a clever chip from Wayne Routledge but heads tamely at Petr Cech. He was in acres, as was Borja Baston for a header down.

At the other end Mesut Ozil is in but flagged. End to end now. Something brewing in this one...

  12. Post update

    Arsenal 3-2 Swansea

Arsenal are in danger of losing their heads now as they concede a free-kick deep in their own half. "You don't know what you're doing", shout home fans as they target referee Jonathan Moss.

In comes the delivery, a good punch from Petr Cech.

  13. Post update

    Arsenal 3-2 Swansea

    Kevin Kilbane

Former Everton and Sunderland winger on Final Score

Arsenal have totally dominated the game but two sloppy moments in the first half and it could have been 2-2.

Swansea have gotten themselves right back in it. Borja Baston has really impressed me.

  14. RED CARD - Granit Xhaka

    Arsenal 3-2 Swansea

Dear me. There are howls at BBC Sport, there must be drama in another game somewhere and then a cry from me. What is Granit Xhaka thinking?

Modou Barrow - that man again - beats his man with a nice flick and as Xhaka gives chase he just flicks out with his left leg to essentially chop Barrow down.

It's not too dangerous but it is cynical. He knew what he was doing. Jonathan Moss didn't like it and that's a straight red.

    Granit Xhaka is sent-off

    Arsenal 3-2 Swansea

Francis Coquelin in for Alex Iwobi. That looks like a defensive switch. A sign of the times?

  16. GOAL

    Arsenal 3-2 Swansea (Borja Baston)

    Surely not, surely not.

Modou Barrow is not giving up and attacks Arsenal down the right. He has been the best player for the visitors without a doubt. This time his effort is nicely rounded off with a low cross and substitute Borja Baston cannot really miss. It's into his stride and he rolls it low into the net.

  17. Post update

    Arsenal 3-1 Swansea

The only thing that can scupper Arsenal now is a real meltdown for someone at the back. Laurent Koscielny gives us an example, losing the ball deep only for Modou Barrow to pass to an offside Borja Baston.

  18. Iwobi reminds me of...

    Arsenal 3-1 Swansea

Arsenal celebrate and Jay Jay Okocha

Alex Iwobi has three assists to show for his work in the league this season, not bad for a 20-year-old who has spent just 288 minutes on the pitch ahead of today.

“He reminds me of his uncle, Jay-Jay Okocha,” said Iwobi's team-mate Mesut Ozil. “He was a player I loved watching. Alex reminds me of a mixture of him and Edgar Davids. He’s really strong on the ball, also defensively, but he’s good in front of goal too.

“He knows exactly what he can do. He isn’t scared and doesn’t hide on the pitch. He’s developing really well and if he continues the way he’s been playing the whole season, he will really enhance his game."

  19. Post update

    Arsenal 3-1 Swansea

You get the sense there are more goals coming. Suddenly Swansea look a little leggy and the Arsenal forward players are looking a little ruthless. You can almost sense they are eyeing some personal glory.

Alex Iwobi has been very good indeed.

    Arsenal 3-1 Swansea

Leon Britton departs, Borja Baston enters. Hardly one to strike fear into Arsenal.

Mesut Ozil thinks he's in again but the flag goes up, rightly so.
