  1. Post update

A night to savour for Arsene Wenger and Theo Walcott.

Could they both have a big part to play for England in the future? Time will tell.

That's it from us. Until next time, cheerio.

  2. Post update

    Celtic 3-3 Manchester City

  3. 'We were brilliant'

    Celtic 3-3 Manchester City

Celtic manager Brendan Rodgers on BT Sport: "I can't criticise the team, but there's always elements we can be better in. We were brilliant, the pressing and the energy. Every time we went forward we looked like we could score.

"Apart from the Barcelona game these players have been operating at a high level this season. Now, to do it against that team, it was a magnificent performance.

"How we defend is what we've been working on. All my teams have played with that intent. We have players that are developing and evolving all the time.

"Tonight, how they played and performed was top class. That will give them confidence going forward."

  4. 'I'm focused on Arsenal'

Arsene Wenger on England rumours: "I am focused 100% on Arsenal and my priority will always be to this club. Nothing will change on that."

  5. Post update

    Arsenal 2-0 Basel

Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger: "I would say the game was of quality and the win was comfortable. The only regret was that we did not score enough tonight considering what we created. Overall, some excellent football.

"Similarly to Saturday, the first half was good pace and second half was slower.

"The most important thing comes from the player Theo Walcott himself. Top quality people assess performances in an objective way. Then you have to respond to what you see. At the moment, he is doing that well.

"Alexis Sanchez had an extra game but unfortunately he could not score, it was one of those nights but his contribution was fantastic.

"We play Ludogorets twice now and if we come positive out of them, it will depend on our direct result against Paris St-Germain.

"We need to have the desire to improve and not be happy with what you have. You have to have the urgency and focus high. We have not won anything and the target is to get stronger."

  6. 'It's OK, it's one point'

    Celtic 3-3 Manchester City

Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola on BT Sport: "It was difficult for us. I'm happy with the reaction from the players, it's not easy to score three goals away.

"I don't know how many the chances they had after the third goal. We should have won it.

"It's disappointing to concede at the beginning of each half, but that's football. I know how difficult it is here and they started so strong. The second goal was unlucky, and I don't remember any action for them after they scored their third goal.

"It's OK, it's one point, we didn't lose. You always learn. Now we have Barcelona, maybe the best team. We think about Spurs and, after the international break we'll think about that."

  11. 'We learned from Barcelona defeat'

    Celtic 3-3 Manchester City

Celtic's Scott Sinclair on BT Sport: "The fans were right behind us and the atmosphere was unbelievable. That's what spurred us on. We kept going, going forward and creating chances.

"We keep improving. We learned from the Barcelona defeat. We took the negatives out of it and performed tonight."

  12. 'I'm enjoying my football'

    Arsenal 2-0 Basel

Arsenal goalscorer Theo Walcott on BT Sport: "We were very professional today. The intensity was there from the start, it died off towards the end but you can understand that. It shows how far we have come, we need to move on now to Sunday.

"I am working hard, enjoying my football. I just try to improve everyday. Things are going well but this will all be forgotten about really, it is all about the next day.

"This team is very strong at the moment and we should be proud.

"Not many teams would like to play us, that is for sure. We cannot get ahead of ourselves, we have a lot to do and hopefully the past can change. We have so much experience in the Champions League realise how important that top spot is."

  20. Post update

    Celtic 3-3 Manchester City

Hats off to Pep Guardiola. He has turned Raheem Sterling into a real player at Manchester City. He has been the visitor's best player in this game. Only a determined block by Scott Brown prevents the forward getting a decent-looking shot on target.

Into three minutes of stoppage time.
