  2. 'Stoke have blown it'

    Stoke 1-1 West Brom

    Garth Crooks

Former Spurs striker on Final Score

Explain to me why Stoke don't have a defender on the back post when defending a corner? Put a man there and you can just head that ball away.

Now defenders can no longer grapple in the area it's even more important to defend at the posts.

It was about closing the game out - concede nothing and Stoke would have won the game. Now they've blown it.
