  1. Thanks and goodbye

    Spurs 1-0 Crystal Palace

That's your lot from me (in here at least).

Head here for the developing match report and here for all the reaction from White Hart Lane and the other games in the Premier League.

  2. Spurs 1-0 Crystal Palace

Victor Wanyama's first goal for Tottenham gave them all three points against Crystal Palace.

The Kenyan midfielder headed home from a corner with eight minutes to go.

Spurs had the better of the chances in a tight game with Vincent Janssen shooting wide after being played through by sub Dele Alli.

Palace's best chance fell to Yohan Cabaye but the Frenchman blasted over from 12 yards. Alan Pardew's side have now lost their opening two games.

  3. Spurs 1-0 Crystal Palace

Tom Carroll comes on for Erik Lamela as Spurs boss Mauricio Pochettino looks to run down the clock.

Lamela's last act? A beautiful nutmeg of former team-mate Andors Townsend.

  4. Spurs 1-0 Crystal Palace

Connor Wickham shoots straight at Spurs keeper Michel Vorm from 18 yards.

  5. Spurs 1-0 Crystal Palace

Harry Kane makes way for Josh Onomah.

Kane has worked hard today and got the assist for Victor Wanyama's goal.

  6. Spurs 1-0 Crystal Palace

Palace winger Wilfried Zaha tees up Jason Puncheon on the edge of the area but his half volley is charged down.

  7. Spurs 1-0 Crystal Palace

Andros Townsend in the book for dissent.

  8. Spurs 1-0 Crystal Palace

Joel Ward heads wide from an Andros Townsend corner as Palace look for an immediate response.

  9. GOAL - Spurs 1-0 Crystal Palace

    Victor Wanyama

Never make substitutions when defending a corner, eh?

Harry Kane heads the ball back into the middle of the six-yard box and Victor Wanyama directs it beyond Wayne Hennessey for his first Spurs goal.

  10. Spurs 0-0 Crystal Palace

Palace centre-half Damien Delany is getting some treatment after a collision at the near post.

Delaney had bravely cleared Danny Rose's cross for a corner.

  11. Spurs 0-0 Crystal Palace

The ball breaks to Dele Alli 20 yards out and he whips a ferocious strike just over the Palace bar.

  12. Spurs 0-0 Crystal Palace

Eric Dier is booked for a very firm challenge on Crystal Palace midfielder Lee Chung-Yong.

  13. Spurs 0-0 Crystal Palace

Spurs are having plenty of possession but they're struggling to really get Palace out of position at the moment.

Alan Pardew will be happy with how his team have stuck to their tasks today.

    Crystal Palace manager Alan Pardew
  14. Spurs 0-0 Crystal Palace

Palace winger Andros Townsend sends a free-kick from wide on the right straight out of play.

His defensive colleagues who'd made the foray forward will not thank him for that kind of delivery.

  15. Spurs 0-0 Crystal Palace

Vincent Janssen has been really impressive today but he should have a goal.

Dele Alli's first act is to send the Dutchman in on goal but he gets his attempted placed finish all wrong and sends it about 10 yards wide.

    Should have scored.

  16. Spurs 0-0 Crystal Palace

I said Dele Alli was going through his warm up and now he comes on for Christian Eriksen.

I said I expected him to come on for Victor Wanyama or Eric Dier but we can gloss over that.

  17. Spurs 0-0 Crystal Palace

Palace skipper Scott Dann is in the book for pulling Vincent Janssen.

The Palace centre-half has been given a real challenge by the young Dutchman today.

    Crystal Palace manager Alan Pardew
  18. Spurs 0-0 Crystal Palace

The game is really starting to open up now.

Palace winger Andros Townsend has probably had more of the ball in the last four minutes than he'd had in the previous hour.

  19. Spurs 0-0 Crystal Palace

    Great chance for Palace!

Andros Townsend tees up Yohan Cabaye 12 yards out but the Frenchman gets right under his shot.

    Bad miss.

    Yohan Cabaye
  20. Spurs 0-0 Crystal Palace

Tottenham's Kyle Walker is booked for holding back Wilfried Zaha on the halfway line.
