  1. Is all the action over? Not a chance

Most European leagues are coming to an end this weekend, but there's still plenty of action to come before we can start thinking about Euro 2016.

Tomorrow is the final day of the Premier League.

Wednesday sees Liverpool face Sevilla in the Europa League final.

Next Saturday, we have the cup finals in England (Manchester United v Crystal Palace), Scotland (Rangers v Hibernian), France (Marseille v PSG), Germany (Bayern Munich v Borussia Dortmund) and Italy (AC Milan v Juventus).

The following day sees Barcelona face Sevilla in the Copa del Rey final.

And then Saturday, 28 May it's Real Madrid v Atletico Madrid in the Champions League final.

You can follow every single game on that list on the BBC Sport website with our comprehensive live text coverage.

  2. Barcelona are champions

Barcelona can't celebrate tonight at their Nou Camp home, because Bruce Springsteen is performing at the Catalan stadium tonight.

So party time is tomorrow instead...

  3. Post update

Cristiano Ronaldo has become the first player in history to score 50 goals in six consecutive seasons, according to Spanish publication Marca.

He scored twice in the first half today - to take his tally to 51 - before being replaced by James Rodriguez at the break.

  4. Post update

Real Madrid will be disappointed to miss out on the title obviously, but they still have a Champions League final to come - against Atletico at the San Siro two weeks from today.

  5. Barcelona are champions

Barcelona's one-point margin of victory in the league is the closest La Liga finish since 2006-07, when Real Madrid edged it on head-to-head record.

  6. Barcelona are champions

Barcelona manager Luis Enrique: "It is a deserved title. The team has shown they can overcome difficult moments. I am really happy."

  7. Barcelona are champions

  8. Barcelona are champions

Luis Suarez has scored six hat-tricks in La Liga this season, twice as many as any other player in the top five European leagues.

He's likely to win the European Golden Shoe barring Gonzalo Higuain scoring seven goals for Napoli.

  9. Barcelona are champions

If you like stats, you'll love this...

A third of Barcelona's La Liga victories have come with Lionel Messi and Andres Iniesta in the team. The Catalans won the title 16 times in the first 75 years of La Liga, and have won eight more since Messi and Iniesta came into the team, starting with the 2004 crown.

Have your say on the MOTD Facebook page

Mark Cunningham: There was more of a title race in La Liga this season with three teams involved up until the second last game, unlike the Premier League where the title was decided weeks ago

  11. Barcelona are champions

Barcelona captain Andres Iniesta: "We have suffered until the end but it is glorious, to win six league titles in eight years with the same style."

  12. Barcelona are champions

Barcelona's players are celebrating in the tunnel and left-back Jordi Alba starts riding Luis Suarez like a two-legged horse.

Ian Hunter: The question remains how Gareth Bale was worth more than Luis Suarez? Worlds apart!!

  14. Suarez wins Pichichi

Luis Suarez has become the first player other than Lionel Messi or Cristiano Ronaldo to win the Spanish golden boot, the Pichichi, since 2009.

He is also the first player to ever score 40 goals in a La Liga season... bar the two lads.

His 14 goals in the final five games as Barcelona recovered to win La Liga will go down in history.

  16. Barcelona are champions

Barcelona captain Andres Iniesta is speaking to the media, but I don't speak Spanish or Catalan, so who knows what he's saying?

  17. Barcelona are champions

There is a pitch invasion at Granada - think it might be fans of both teams. Not too often you see that at an away game. The Barcelona players get down into the tunnel where they can celebrate.

  18. BARCELONA ARE CHAMPIONS

    Granada 0-3 Barcelona

The final whistle goes and Barcelona have won their second La Liga title in a row.

  19. FULL-TIME - Deportivo La Coruna 0-2 Real Madrid

Real Madrid end the season with 12 La Liga wins in a row but it wasn't enough.

  20. INJURY TIME

We're in injury time in both games now. Three minutes added on at Granada. Three minutes until Barcelona can celebrate the title.
