  1. Goodbye

"We're gonna win the league, we're gonna win the league."

Leicester fans were singing for 15 minutes after beating Crystal Palace 1-0 at Selhurst Park.

Claudio Ranieri's side go eight points clear at the top of the Premier League and the most astonishing of footballing stories gets closer and closer to becoming a reality.

Swansea v Aston Villa is still on going and you can follow that match here.

Sunday sees a crucial derby day at the top and bottom ends of the table. Until then.

  2. Post update

    Swansea 0-0 Aston Villa

Fair to say, neither of these sides know where the target is. Bafetimbi Gomis hits the back of the stand after picking up the ball on the turn.

A match lacking in real quality.

  3. Good week for Butland

    Impressive work indeed from Leicester.

More impressive is to find that little squiggly bit on your keyboard under the 'c' in Barca.

  5. YELLOW CARD

    Swansea 0-0 Aston Villa

Textbook Mike Dean with his Ronaldinho-eque booking routine, showing Aston Villa's Aly Cissokho a yellow card without looking at him.

The no-look yellow, will it catch on?

  6. Post update

    Swansea 0-0 Aston Villa

    Swansea's corner routine is...different.

Six players stand in a conga line before they all split and whiz about the box as the ball comes in.

Trouble is, the corner-taker doesn't know who's running where so it's easy for Aston Villa to clear.

  7. 'We're gonna win the league'

    Crystal Palace 0-1 Leicester

    Meanwhile, at Selhurst Park...

    Crystal Palace 0-1 Leicester

    Richard III model

Leicester's new king is a passionate Italian football manager, isn't it?

  9. Low-key Liberty

    Swansea 0-0 Aston Villa

    BBC Radio Wales

Alan Tate, former Swans defender, at Liberty Stadium

"This is very low-key. Villa have seen a lot of the ball but are not getting it into good areas, because the pace of the match is so slow."

  10. 'Not a penalty'

    Chelsea 2-2 West Ham

A different view from West Ham boss Slaven Bilic, as you might expect.

  11. Post update

    Swansea 0-0 Aston Villa

Fight on, fight on like in the school playground. Aston Villa striker Rudy Gestede and Swansea defender Ashley Williams are at it, pushing and shoving each other. Williams is lucky to stay on as he raises his hands at the face of Gestede.

Mike Dean is the headmaster, stepping in after it all breaks up and tells them both to grow up. They'll be in detention after the game. "See me in my office".

  12. 'Benefit should go to attacking team'

    Chelsea 2-2 West Ham

More from Chelsea boss Guus Hiddink: "At the end, Ruben Loftus-Cheek was through and about to score which was prevented and the benefit of the doubt has to go to the attacking team.

"I like to be a little bit critical, of course, we are unbeaten but for Chelsea we have too many draws. I would have liked to have had more victories. The team has reacted since December and today also."

  13. Post update

    Swansea 0-0 Aston Villa

Slow start at the Liberty Stadium but the home side have just had their first chance as Jack Cork heads wide from a corner.

You would think Swansea just need to score one to break the Aston Villa resistance, who will fold like a deck of cards once they concede.

One will buy you two, three and four.

  14. 'Happy with the penalty'

    Chelsea 2-2 West Ham

Chelsea boss Guus Hiddink: "We started well in the first 10 minutes but we then started losing the possession too easily. We reacted just before half-time, especially with the beautiful Cesc Fabregas free-kick. In the second half we got caught on the counter, but we reacted perfectly to get the draw.

"This is a very good West Ham side. They are knocking on the door for the top four. I was happy with the late penalty decision. It's difficult for me to make a judgement - I think he was tripped on the line. On the line is part of the box."

  15. 'We have to be solid'

    Crystal Palace 0-1 Leicester

Leicester captain Wes Morgan: "Teams approach us a bit differently, our threat is on the counter attack so they sit deep and nullify that. We aren’t scoring as much as we were but we are keeping clean sheets which is fantastic.

"It's going to be tough coming into the latter part of the season, the finishing line is close. Each game is going to be close and we have to solid and resilient. If we win the rest of the games 1-0 we will take that."

  16. Post update

    Swansea 0-0 Aston Villa

Erm...Villa popping the ball round like they're Barcelona in the early stages of this match. Jordan Ayew comes close with an effort, blasting over from the edge of the area.

  17. No goalscorers on the pitch

    Swansea 0-0 Aston Villa

    BBC Radio Wales

Alan Tate, former Swans defender, at Liberty Stadium

"The only difference between Swansea and Aston Villa is that Villa ship more goals. Swansea have survived this season because they are tight at the back, but they have no goalscorers."

  18. KICK-OFF

    Swansea 0-0 Aston Villa

I had to scrap my big opening line which was supposed to be, 'welcome to the Ayew derby'. Unfortunately, Jordan starts for Villa but brother Andre does not for Swansea.

Off we go at the Liberty Stadium.

  19. 'Aston Villa look a club already resigned to the Championship'

Swansea v Aston Villa (17:30 GMT)

    BBC Radio Wales

Alan Tate, former Swans defender, at Liberty Stadium

"I think an early Swansea goal will kill Aston Villa off. Their heads will immediately drop.

"Statistically, I can find nothing that helps Aston Villa, and they look a club already resigned to Championship football."

  20. 'Leicester are a joy to watch'

    Crystal Palace 0-1 Leicester

    Martin Keown

Former Arsenal defender on Final Score

"Claudio Ranieri still seems nervous to me. He's an emotional man, and the Leicester players are responding to that. It's not a problem.

"The Foxes know there's a long way to go, but every week it gets a step closer. Southampton are next, and Ranieri will go to work now and prepare his team nicely.

"They are so full of energy, and every player in that dressing room can hold his head up. They are making things happen at the club, and it's a joy to watch."
