    The final dive for the Brits sees a score of 72.96, a big improvement on the first dive but not enough to see them reach the medal stages.

    The third round sees Tonia Couch and Lois Toulson take a score of 64.32, they currently sit in seventh place probably not enough to see the Brits reach the medal places.

    For the second dive Couch and Toulson improve on their first round score with a score of 68.40 giving them a total of 115.80 so far.

  8. What are the World Championships?

    The World Championships are arranged by global body FINA (Fédération Internationale de Natation) and take place every two years.

    This year’s event runs from 14-30 July in Budapest, Hungary. The schedule includes a variety of aquatic sports including diving, swimming, synchronised swimming, water polo, open water swimming and high diving.

    At the previous event, held in Kazan, Russia, GB came fifthin the medals table with 14 medals.
