  2. Afghanistan win by six wickets

Afghanistan have been very impressive today and a Najibullah Zadran four is enough to seal the win with two overs to spare.

It means on Saturday, Afghanistan meet Zimbabwe in a winner-takes-all game to see who qualifies from Group B, while Scotland and Hong Kong battle for the wooden spoon.

  3. WICKET: Shafiqullah out for three

    Afg 103-4 (16.3 overs - target 117)

It comes off the bottom of Shafiqullah's bat as he tries to sweep and bowler Nadeem Ahmed makes a good dive.

  4. WICKET: Noor Ali Zadran run out for 35

    Afg 97-3 (14.5 overs - target 117)

Noor Ali Zadran is run out, he went for a third run but it's one too many.

  5. WICKET: Mohammad Nabi out for 17

    Afg 95-2 (14.3 overs - target 117)

Ryan Campbell has his second wicket after he switches it up with a flat delivery and Mohammad Nabi can't make the connection.

  6. Noor Ali Zadran survives lbw appeal

Appeal not given. Noor Ali Zadran not out according to umpire Ian Gould, although the ball-tracker suggests it was the wrong decision.

  7. Dropped catch

    Mohammad Nabi dropped on six

Kinchit did the hard work as he makes the ground up but fumbles the ball.

  8. WICKET: Mohammad Shahzad is out for 41

    Afg 70-1 (10.4 overs - target 117)

He defended the previous ball but went for another six on this delivery. The fielder gets under it and makes the catch while Ryan Campbell has his first wicket and Mohammad Shahzad is out for 41.

  9. Loyal support

    Afghanistan supporters

Afghanistan brought a small but enthusiastic group of supporters with them today…

  10. Mohammad Shahzad smashes a six

What a huge hit that is. It's high and long, 88 metres in fact and goes for six. The crowd are loving it.

  11. Mohammad Shahzad hits it for four

The gap is found again and it goes for four. Shahzad’s 61 secured him man of the match in the last game against Scotland and he looks to be continuing his fine form.

  12. Early boundary in the over for Noor Ali Zadran

Ball bowled outside off stump and it's a free hit for Noor Ali Zadran who strikes it cleanly for the second four of the innings. Early boundary in the over for Afghanistan.

  13. Noor Ali Zadran with well-timed four

Afghanistan are under way in their run chase and it's a great start from Noor Ali Zadran who hits a four past mid-on. Perfectly timed.

  14. Interval - Hong Kong 116-6 (20 overs)

Mohammad Nabi finishes with an excellent 4-20 from his four overs.

    Hong Kong scorecard
  15. WICKET: Shah gone for 11

    HK 103-6 (17.4 overs)

Mohammad Nabi at it again. Kinchit Shah goes for the switch but it's poorly timed and goes high. Nabi then covers the ground and catches comfortably. Shah gone for 11.

  16. Four for Anshuman Rath

Hong Kong's batsmen have hit some lovely shots in this game and here's another. Anshuman Rath powerfully drills for four.

  17. WICKET: Nizakat Khan out for eight

    HK 86-5 (13.4 overs)

Nizakat Khan is stumped after more nice bowling from Nabi as he tempts Khan a long way out. Khan gone for eight as Nabi looks to have found his groove.

  18. WICKET: Chapman out for eight

    HK 61-4 (9.5 overs)

A perfect yorker from Gulbadin Naib and danger man Mark Chapman is gone. The speed has done him quite simply. Big trouble now for Hong Kong.

  19. WICKET: Atkinson out for 16

    HK 56-3 (9 overs)

The flat delivery by Rashid Khan is quick off the pitch and Jamie Atkinson is gone. Hong Kong could be in trouble here.

  20. WICKET: Hayat out for a duck

    HK 42-2 (6 overs)

Babar Hayat chips Mohammad Nabi to midwicket and it's caught by Samiullah Shenwari. That's two quick wickets Hong Kong have lost.
