  7. What are the BBL and the WBBL?

The BBL has been the pinnacle of men's basketball in Britain, since its initiation in 1987.

The WBBL was founded more recently in 2014, in an attempt to create a high-quality professional league for women.

The Leicester Riders are the current holders of the men's league, while Nottingham romped to victory in the women's competition last season.

You can watch reigning men's champions, the Riders, in action straight after the WBBL fixture between Northumbria and Caledonia.
