  1. Field goal Cowboys

    Seattle Seahawks 30-31 Dallas Cowboys

Dallas lead for the first time since the opening quarter as Greg Zuerlein pings a field goal down the middle from 42 yards.

The Cowboys will have been slightly disappointed not to have got more there, a long drive punctuated by some costly penalties and drops.

Four minutes to go, plenty of time for Seattle but they have not scored a point since their first drive of the second half.

  2. Latest scores

FT: Indianapolis Colts 36-7 New York Jets

FT: Denver Broncos 10-28 Tampa Bay Buccaneers

FT: Arizona Cardinals 23-26 Detroit Lions

    Seattle Seahawks 30-28 Dallas Cowboys

New Orleans Saints v Green Bay Packers (01:20 BST)

  3. Post update

FT: Arizona Cardinals 23-26 Detroit Lions

It was a 37-yard kick to win it for Detroit. A cricket pitch + 2/3 of another one...

  4. Full-time

FT: Arizona Cardinals 23-26 Detroit Lions

    Lions win!

Matt Prater nails it between the posts and that's a great win on the road.

  5. Post update

    Arizona Cardinals 23-23 Detroit Lions

Sorry, a bit of an internet breakdown there but I'm back just in time to tell you the Lions will have a field goal to win this with three seconds left...

  6. Post update

    Seattle Seahawks 30-28 Dallas Cowboys

It's been a heck of a game this one and you still couldn't call it.

Dak Prescott is combining nicely with wide receivers Michael Gallup and Cedrick Wilson now, though and Dallas are in Seattle territory.

The momentum seems to be with the Cowboys who have come back from 30-15 behind, remember.

  7. Post update

    Seattle Seahawks 30-28 Dallas Cowboys

What a turning point that could be!

It looks an interception all the way but Dak Prescott's pass bounces off Seattle cornerback Tre Flowers' chest, then his boot - right up into the grateful arms of Dallas receiver Michael Gallup!

Seattle should have had the ball deep in the Cowboys' half - instead the Dallas drive continues. What a stroke of fortune.

  8. Post update

    Seattle Seahawks 30-28 Dallas Cowboys

Seattle fail to convert that third down as DK Metcalf cannot haul in a deep Russell Wilson ball under pressure.

Dallas get the ball back after a punt but are pinned back in their own 10 yards.

  9. Post update

    Arizona Cardinals 23-23 Detroit Lions

What a throw! Matt Stafford completes an absolute bomb down the field, a 53-yard completion that gets the Lions to the one!

Ahhhh - it comes back for a penalty. That's a killer.

  10. Post update

    Seattle Seahawks 30-28 Dallas Cowboys

If Greg Zuerlein had not missed two extra points, Dallas would be level in this one.

If DK Metcalf had not had a brain freeze showboating a certain touchdown, Seattle would have a healthy cushion.

Which one of the two is not going to sleep tonight? Just over 10 minutes to go and Seattle have a big third down and 4 at halfway...

  11. Post update

Denver Broncos 10-28 Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Brett Rypien goes for the end zone - and he's picked off. Tough game this.

  12. Post update

Denver Broncos 10-28 Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Not mentioned this game for a while as it's been long done and dusted - appears so anyway. The Broncos have Brett Rypien in at QB now.

  13. Full-time

FT: LA Chargers 16-21 Carolina Panthers

All over! The Chargers lateral the ball and Austin Ekeler had the win in his hands - but he drops the ball!

The Panthers finally win a game.

  14. Touchdown Cowboys

    Seattle Seahawks 30-28 Dallas Cowboys

Dak Prescott has been excellent this second half for Dallas and this drive was all about him.

A clever fake pass and run on a fourth down and 1 crucially kept the drive going and then Prescott launches a huge ball down the sidelines that Michael Gallup hauls in despite heavy pressure.

The Cowboys' two-point conversion attempt is thwarted, though, so the Seahawks remain in front. Narrowly.

  15. Post update

    LA Chargers 16-21 Carolina Panthers

Justin Herbert throws deep into the end zone looking for Keenan Allen - batted clear!

    Six seconds left.

  16. Post update

    LA Chargers 16-21 Carolina Panthers

A great throw gets the Chargers up into within sight of glory. 12 seconds left!

  17. Post update

    Arizona Cardinals 23-23 Detroit Lions

The Lions drill a field goal to level us up.

  18. Post update

    Arizona Cardinals 23-20 Detroit Lions

Still over seven minutes left in this one, it promises to be a thrilling finish as Matt Stafford is sacked.

  19. Post update

    LA Chargers 16-21 Carolina Panthers

The ball was spotted on the one-yard line so Justin Herbert has got to go 99 yards without a timeout to win this for the Chargers. He's got 1:40 to do it!

  20. Post update

Fair play to the 49ers but you suspect their season will have far more daunting challenges ahead than the Jets and Giants, a pair of sides our BBC live text team might fancy their chances against...
