  1. Post update

Tampa Bay Buccaneers 0-3 Carolina Panthers

Jameis Winston sacked again! Comfortably the best defence seen inside this stadium so far this season...

The Bucs will have to punt it again.

  2. Post update

Tampa Bay Buccaneers 0-3 Carolina Panthers

A first down! A rare sight thus far. Jamies Winston twists and turns to get out of dodge in the pocket and a 17-yard gain to Chris Godwin. Well played.

    He's then SACKED.

  3. Post update

Tampa Bay Buccaneers 0-3 Carolina Panthers

The Carolina Panthers made Londoner Efe Obada an honorary captain for today's game. That meant a late change of kit though.

  4. Where's Colin?

    Kaepernick

The 49ers may be off to a fine start - but there's still no sign of Colin Kaepernick.

And his representatives have moved to quash "false statements" regarding the quarterback's future.

The 31-year-old left the San Francisco 49ers in March 2017, the year after he began kneeling for the national anthem in protest against racial injustice in the USA.

He has been without a team since, despite being available to play.

Kaepernick's representatives said "in 25 years" they had "never seen anything like it".

In a statement titled "facts to address the false narratives regarding Colin Kaepernick", Jeff Nalley and Jasmine Windham added that their client had not demanded a specific salary to join a team.

  5. Post update

Tampa Bay Buccaneers 0-3 Carolina Panthers

Panthers' QB Kyle Allen changes tack on this drive, looking for two long passes downfield - both incomplete - and then finding DJ Moore for a first down - but he drops it.

    Another punt away...

  6. Post update

Tampa Bay Buccaneers 0-3 Carolina Panthers

    BBC Sport

Tempting fate? The Buccaneers did beat the Panthers 20-14 in week two remember.

DeAngelo Williams: "Even if you weren't a Panthers fan, I just don't see any way or how this Tampa Bay team can beat this Carolina offence and score on this Carolina defence when the Jaguars couldn't do it last week."

  7. Post update

Tampa Bay Buccaneers 0-3 Carolina Panthers

Three and out for Tampa Bay too. The defences are on top in these early stages.

    They punt it away.

  8. Post update

Tampa Bay Buccaneers 0-3 Carolina Panthers

The Bucs run the first play of their second drive and get a few yards, Four, in fact.

  9. We meet again

Tampa Bay Buccaneers 0-3 Carolina Panthers

    BBC Sport

Christian McCaffrey has been busy so far this season, with the Panthers consistently turning to their running back through the air as well as on the ground.

He's therefore racked up some big numbers. Just on his own he's averaged 203 yards of offence per game - apart from Carolina's week two loss to Tampa Bay. The Buccaneers restricted McCaffrey to just 53 yards and the Panthers failed to score a single touchdown.

Peyton Barber and Chris Godwin TDs kept Tampa Bay in front before they stood firm during Carolina's last drive to clinch a 20-14 road win.

Number one quarterback Cam Newton has since succumbed to a foot injury and the Panthers have gone 3-0 led by back-up Kyle Allen.

  10. Points on the board

Tampa Bay Buccaneers 0-3 Carolina Panthers

Good defence from Tampa Bay - the Panthers get nowhere and that'll bring out the field goal team, A 49-yard attempt from Joey Slye - IS GOOD!

  11. Any excuse to dress up...

  12. Post update

Tampa Bay Buccaneers 0-0 Carolina Panthers

No surprise that the Panthers hand it off to Christian McCaffrey first up - he's stuffed at the line though, a gain of just one.

  13. Interception!

Tampa Bay Buccaneers 0-0 Carolina Panthers

The first play of the game is an interception! James Bradberry with the pick! Wow what a start for the Panthers...

  14. Kick-off

Tampa Bay Buccaneers 0-0 Carolina Panthers

The kick-off goes through the end zone, here come the Bucs with their first drive. All eyes on Jameis Winston.

  15. Post update

Tampa Bay Buccaneers v Carolina Panthers (14:30 BST)

    Jason Bell

Former NFL cornerback for Houston Texans

I can't go against Christian McCaffrey. I'm going with the Panthers. I think they're going to roll in here. I think they're going to fix what happened to them in week two. Let's see if they can pull out a victory.

  16. Post update

Panthers' QB Cam Newton is an absolute superstar. No doubt. But it's also not in doubt that they haven't missed him as much as we expected...

  17. Post update

Tampa Bay Buccaneers v Carolina Panthers (14:30 BST)

    BBC Sport

DeAngelo Williams: "I saw a stat that over the Panthers’ last 12 games, they’re 0-9 with Cam Newton at the helm and 3-0 with Kyle Allen. But I think that’s unfair because they’re not asking Allen to do what they were asking Cam to do. Allen is essentially just playing quarterback, he’s not running with the ball. He’s simply dropping back and passing it or dropping back and handing the ball to Christian McCaffrey.

"When Cam was the quarterback they were asking him to do everything - to drop back, read between pass and run, run the ball, make sure the water’s cold on the sideline!

"They were asking him to do a lot at the quarterback position. Now that they see that simplicity is the best in this West coast offence, they’re winning games and they look special."

  18. Post update

National anthems time. A little piece of Americana in north London.

And a bit of God Save The Queen to boot...

  19. 'Boom for the Bucs!'

Tampa Bay Buccaneers v Carolina Panthers (14:30 BST)

    Osi Umenyiora

    Two-time Super Bowl winner

I think it's going to be boom for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. I think Famous Jameis Winston comes out, throws the ball to Mike Evans. I think that defence with Shaquil Barrett back coming off that edge. They're going to get this win here.

  20. Post update

Tampa Bay Buccaneers v Carolina Panthers (14:30 BST)

The Bucs will have the ball first...
