Nottingham Panthers netminder Craig Kowalski says his side's unbeaten run is down to their concentration.
Panthers have won six games in a row, including a satisfying 5-0 shutout against Hull Stingrays on 2 January.
"The guys are playing 60 straight minutes now and I think that's really showing," he told BBC Radio Nottingham.
"Everybody's buying in, not just quitting when we're up a few goals and saying 'oh, we're gonna win, don't worry about it'."
Panthers' six straight Elite League wins over Christmas and new year have seen them close the gap on leaders Belfast Giants to just three points.
That run started with victories against the Braehead Clan and Dundee Stars and includes two wins against bitter rivals Sheffield Steelers.
Commenting on his shut-out in the 5-0 win against the Hull Stingrays, Kowalski added: "It's been a while so it's good to get one.
"I only had to make one, maybe two saves that were anything to worry about. The guys did a great job, scored some goals, we're just collecting wins and that's the important thing.
"Obviously our record in the last month-and-a-half to two months has been outstanding," he concluded.
Panthers head to Glasgow on Tuesday for an Elite League match against the Braehead Clan, boasting a perfect 14-0 Elite League record against the four Scottish sides.
