Nottingham Panthers forward Jordan Fox believes Sheffield Steelers will be geared up for revenge on Saturday.

The two sides meet at the National Ice Centre in the Challenge Cup, a week after Panthers'

Fox told BBC Radio Nottingham: "I think they are going to come out a lot harder. We've just got to match their intensity and play our game.

"It would be nice to get that win (to qualify from Group B)."

Victory for the Panthers would secure qualification to the semi-finals of a competition they won in 2010 and 2011.

Fox experienced his first Panthers/Steelers local derby in Sheffield last week but this will be his first taste of a packed National Ice Centre in Nottingham.

"We know the players and the teams that we're going up against and who to look out for," he added.

"I haven't really been here long enough to know the whole Sheffield thing. I've talked to some fans about it but for me any team we play it's an important game."
