A well-timed challenge saw Banksters Bonus win the Ulster Derby at Down Royal on Saturday.
The winner, trained by Jessica Harrington and ridden by Shane Foley, was the only three-year-old in the nine-strong field in the feature.
Banksters Bonus, sent-off at 9-2, got up to beat the Dermot Weld-trained Force of Habit with Denny Crane in third place.
Kildare trainer Harrington had won the race in 2008 with Fantoche.
The Ulster Oaks was won by 100-30 favourite Celendine, trained by John Oxx and ridden by Ben Curtis.
The four-year-old won by a neck from Headford Lady, the mount of Pat Smullen.
