Claire McMahon set up Beaney for the winner as she scored from close range.
Pegasus had booked their place in the final with victory over Lithuanian side Gintra on Sunday.
The Belfast side took the lead in that game nine minutes from half-time with a far-post finish from Claire McMahon.
Pegasus made the points safe on 53 minutes when Suzanne Beaney reversed her shot into the net from the ground.
