Scotland's Pamela Pretswell finished joint runner-up behind Denmark's Koerstz Madsen at the Tipsport Women's Masters in Pilsen.
Madsen won by five strokes from Pretswell and overnight leader Stacey Keating of Australia.
The 27-year-old from Lanark finished on 10 under par after carding 68 on her third and final round.
It moves Pretswell up to 14th - the top Scot - on the Ladies European Tour order of merit.
Madsen, who finished with a six-under-par 65, is now second behind Beth Allen of the United States.
