Thomas Pieters won the Dutch Open after England's Lee Slattery bogeyed the final hole.
A par four would have seen Slattery join Pieters in a play-off.
However, aiming to follow up his success in the Russian Open last week, the 37-year-old from Southport failed to hole the decisive putt.
It left Belgian Pieters, 23, on 19 under, one clear of Slattery and Spain's Eduardo de la Riva, whose 63 sent him surging up from ninth.
Pieters' victory at Kennemer, Holland, sees him become the first player since Rory McIlroy to win back-to-back European Tour titles, after winning the Czech Masters last month.
"I'm a little bit surprised because I was getting ready for the play-off," said Pieters. "Lee (Slattery) played really well but this victory is even cooler than the first one and now I want number three."
