Slaughtneil made it back-to-back All-Ireland Senior Club Camogie titles as they defeated Galway side Sarsfields 2-11 to 1-9 at Clones.
The decider - a repeat of last year's final pairing - took place after two postponements because of snow.
Sinead Cannon's goal gave Sarsfields a brief early lead before Offaly woman Tina Hannon netted for Slaughtneil.
After going in level at half-time, Louise Dougan hit Slaughtneil's second goal while Hannon finished with 1-8.
Dougan's goal came from a penalty after the impressive Shannon Graham had been fouled.
Moments earlier, Sarsfield had lost key player Niamh McGrath to injury and Slaughtneil's lead was never really threatened during the remainder of the contest.
Late on, Eilis Ni Chaiside made a superb block to prevent a Maria Cooney goal attempt while Ni Chaiside's sister Brona was exceptional in the south Derry club's defence.
The start of the contest had also seen Slaughtneil keeper Jolene Bradley making a fine save to deny another Cooney effort.
