Loughgiel didn't panic says O'Mullan

Loughgiel manager PJ O'Mullan says there was no sense of panic from his team even though they went eight points down early in Sunday's Ulster Club Hurling Final 3-14 to 1-15 win over Slaughtneil.

"We knew it was going to be tough and Slaughtneil put it up to us but our experience and know how and skill in the squad shone through in the second half," said the Loughgiel boss.

"The breeze itself was worth seven or eight points. They had done all the playing in the first half and were only four up."
