Livingston: Dolly Menga returns to club from Angola
Livingston have confirmed striker Dolly Menga will return to the club after they terminated his loan to Atletico Petroleos de Luanda.
The Scottish Premiership side allowed Angolan Menga, 26, to move to the club in his homeland during the summer.
However, he will now rejoin Gary Holt's side for the second half of the season subject to international clearance.
"He can be frustrating but he offers a lot and can be like a new signing," said manager Holt.
"I sat with him in pre-season and Dolly made it clear he'd like to go back and try to get into his national team and the Champions League tournament back there.
"We let him explore those avenues but on the understanding that he could come back. We've kept regular contact with him and he asked about coming back and we decided that would be ideal for us."
Menga scored twice in 26 games after signing for Livingston in summer 2018.
Holt also confirmed Ayr United winger Alan Forrest, who is out of contract this summer, is a Livingston target and the club will "explore it again as the season goes on".
