Veteran striker Kenny Miller has left Partick Thistle, with the Scottish Championship strugglers replacing him by signing Ross County's Brian Graham.

Former Celtic, Rangers and Scotland forward Miller, 40, moved to Firhill under former manager Gary Caldwell last summer and netted 10 times in 32 games.

Graham, meanwhile, has signed a two-and-a-half year deal after 12 goals in two seasons with top-flight County.

The 32-year-old is a "proven goalscorer," says boss Ian McCall.

"Brian is someone I have been chasing for quite a while," McCall added.

Miller's strike in Thistle's defeat by Dundee United earlier this month game him the accolade of scoring in four consecutive decades.

"We part on good terms," said McCall, whose side sit second bottom.

"He's scored some important goals for us, which could prove crucial at the end of the season."
