Match ends, Arsenal Women 4, Brighton and Hove Albion Women 0.
Arsenal earned a third win from three at the start of their Women's Super League title defence with a classy display against Brighton & Hove Albion.
The Gunners' convincing win was capped with England's Jordan Nobbs' first goal since her return from a lengthy knee injury that saw her miss the World Cup.
Before that, the hosts scored three times after slick passing on the deck.
Kim Little's low effort, Vivianne Miedema's strike and Danielle van de Donk's calm finish put them in control.
England forward Beth Mead, on as a late substitute, almost added a fifth the closing stages but her long-range strike from Nobbs' pass struck the crossbar.
Katie McCabe then also struck the woodwork in stoppage time from another Nobbs lay-off, after the Lionesses playmaker had scored when Brighton goalkeeper Megan Walsh could not keep out her volley.
Netherlands striker Miedema, who was the WSL's top scorer last term, had doubled the Gunners' lead with her first goal of this year's league campaign, angling home from Nobbs' first-time ball.
The result saw Arsenal and Manchester City, who won at Everton on Sunday, both move clear as the early leaders with the WSL's only 100% records.
Midfielder Nobbs told BBC Sport: "I'm so glad to be back and we just need to keep putting in the performances and winning games.
"We've got the three points that we wanted and I think Joe (Montemurro, Arsenal boss) will be happy with the way we played today."
