@29 chitizen"Revenues made by Manchester United have hit a record as the football club earned more money from TV rights. The club reported revenues of £590m in the year to the end of June 2018, up 1.5% on the prior year, and forecast they would top £600m next time"Sorry boy, your club has a long way to go to be in the same league as United in revenues and trophies.
"Revenue at Manchester United fell in the first quarter ... Sales for the three months to 30 September came in at £135m, compared with £143.7m a year earlier, it said."Just wait until all the kids in China ask for a sky blue shirt this Christmas.Nobody wants to be associated with looser and Mourinho is a looser.
Stop buying and selling of players before deadline day.
@21 I think your talking rubbish to be honest. Firstly did that happen this season? No. Secondly clubs aren’t obligated to sell just because Real or Barca want the player. As an example as you’ve mentioned CL I assume your referring to the “big 6” do you think for a second that Liverpool would sell Salah without being able to sign a replacement? They would tell them to come back in January
totally agree 24. y r we talking about this. We shoud have a HYS on Scudamore bonus. What a p take. This man has earned neearly 2 mil for 19 years and is not retiring as he is staying on as advisor. This is another kipper in the face for fans who have to earn a living. it disgusting.
It's really quite simple.Set the Premier League deadline 7 days before the first fixture. After that Premier League Clubs are not allowed to buy or SELL players. Thus not giving the European Clubs any advantage at all.
I don't see why there have to be transfer windows anyway. In no other business do you have to soldier on regardless as to how well or not you're doing. Businesses shift out deadwood all the time and freshen things up with new staff. Why should football clubs be constrained from doing the same? When there were no windows, leagues used to be a lot more open, unlike the closed shops we have nowadays.
I kinda like the deadline day buzz and all that goes with itIt all felt a bit flat this season without it
Well we did want brexit?! Seriously this is a joke that doesn’t help PL and then gives European teams to come in to PL to swoop. Also other EU based players will go for reduced as a result of PL spending power disappearing after the PL Window shuts which means we are paying artificially inflated prices for those purchases before window closes. Economic stupidity
The likes of Real and Barca will be loving this. They can hold fire until the PL can't get replacements and then they can wade in and poach the best players. Then come the CL matched the PL clubs are easier to beat.Take Gun, shoot self in foot. That's what the PL has done here. Mega Fail.
