Wales drew 0-0 with Portugal in their second match of the week against the same opponents.
Wales were beaten 1-0 in the first of two friendly matches on Saturday - conceding in the 90th minute - but earned a draw despite Kayleigh Green's red card for two bookings.
Laura O'Sullivan made a remarkable first half save to deny the hosts.
Captain Sophie Ingle collected her 90th cap and Angharad James was selected for the 70th time.
Wales manager Jayne Ludlow said: "It was a good result, coming out against very good opposition was what we wanted.
"We were under the cosh for many minutes, but we solved things on the pitch.
"Our performance levels in parts were poor, we can do much better, but we have kept a clean sheet again and we are definitely pleased with that. We are hard to break down."
