Apparently Charlie Austin is injured but should be back for the Burnley match. Thank the appropriate deity for that as when fit he and Gabbiabini should be first choice.......leave Long on the bench just in case the other 2 get crocked and why the hell did they sell jay Rodrigez instead of the former? Lack of takers?
Not much difference in style of play between Puel and Pellegrino, so what was the point of that change?
64.if you pay to watch it your entitled to an opinion
Chris Hughton, Rafa & Wagner will not be sacked this season as all clubs are relegation favourites anyway so even if they all went down they'd still be in their jobs bit like Eddie Howe so why do some clubs who are never gonna challenge mid table in the Prem regularly sack their managers??
It is amazing how many people come on to a Brighton v Southampton HYS despite having no interest in either team. The game was always likely to be a low score game. Both teams are better defensively then they are in attack, are well organised and play a similar type of game. Overall a draw was the fair result
And in today’s alternative Sky Sports universe, Brighton remain unbeaten at home after yesterday’s draw with Southampton. Mourinho was corrected at a press conference when stating United had won all but one game, the journo incorrectly state it was all but 2 games. Troy Deeney can be retro red carded despite being booked for strangling Joe Allen on Saturday.
@61 I suppose you're right. Sweep it under the carpet. Same goes for racism? (If we go with your thoughts). That way footballers and fans can focus on their thuggish behaviour during games whilst turning a blind eye towards it. That sounds sensible?!
In reply to 59 Frenchie, we need to exercise extreme caution when promoting alternative lifestyles. Let's just stick to football. To go off topic is potentially dangerous. We need to develop an undiluted footballing culture whereby physically and mentally strong young men are focused solely on the game and not on physical appearances. Brighton as a city is very different to the 'good old days'
Gross is in my FPL team. Only reason to care about this game. He's underrated.
This is off topic. I've just been reading about how in football manager game, they have brought in gay players. It's interesting to read that there are still large amounts of homophobic fans. Hopefully the game educates the young people of today's society about behaving in the right manner.

No HYS on Hamilton winning. The BBC's HYS priorities: Brexit, inane boxing, Liverpool and Brexit.
1 Regarding Mark the Legend kid. City probably will be champions and you and City fans are riding high at the moment but Pep won`t stay forever and like everyone else, your bubble will burst so try and have a little decency and sportsmanship towards other teams. You have the current benefit of very rich owners but they can all get fed up or pull out. Be careful what you say.
50. Posted by Watsit Indeed. I would have thought the Leicester-Everton game would have made for a much more interesting HYS.__I agree I now have a new favourite gif from that game after Jon joe Kennys OG
46. Man City and Arsenal. Defeated admittedly but at 2-0, not a drubbing.
no 25 is obviously thinks there was no football before sky and the premiership.
The rarity of goals is what makes football exciting. If you want boredom starched into your Y-fronts then pick one of the American sports - Nascar, Basketball, Handegg - lot's of heat but very little light.
Well just for the record I was at the match and found it exciting & well fought, between two good sides; an entertaining game in a lively atmosphere which either could have won. Brighton are showing they can compete effectively at this level.
