JD Welsh Premier League

Thursday 7 September

Llandudno FC 2-2 Prestatyn Town: Prestatyn took a point from the Giant Hospitality Stadium as the hosts lost their 100% record this term. Danny Hughes opened the scoring on 12 minutes but Prestatyn looked set for a shock away win thanks to Jack Kenny and Ben Maher goals. However, Lee Thomas equalised to ensure the honours were even.

Friday 8 September

Connah's Quay Nomads 1-0 Bala Town: A typically tight-affair between these two sides saw Nomads winning by Mike Wilde's 44th minute goal despite ending the game with ten men. Ryan Wignall was sent off midway through the second half.

The New Saints 4-0 Cefn Druids: The New Saints continued their recent improved form to comfortably overcome Cefn Druids. The lead was only 1-0 until nearly the hour mark after Jamie Mullan broke the deadlock, but Greg Draper, a Chris Seargeant penalty and Simon Spender added gloss to the finish.

Saturday 9 September

Aberystwyth Town 0-2 Cardiff Metropolitan: The hosts probably feel their chances went in this one after Joe Culshaw received a red card after only six minutes. Goals other side of the break from Joel Edwards and a John McKenna own goal proving the difference.

Bangor City 1-0 Carmarthen Town: Carmarthen are still looking for their first away points of the season after Laurence Wilson's goal with 14 minutes remaining gave Bangor the spoils.

Barry Town United 2-0 Newtown AFC: Barry completed a first win of the campaign thanks to a brace from Kayne Mclaggon, who scored in the 7th and 77th minutes.
