If Brendan Rogers thinks that Christophe Berra is not suited to a 3-4-3 passing game but who (on Hearts' budget) would he have signed?
Haha,Brendan Rodgers comments have obviously touched a sore point with Craig"control freak" Levein's boy Jon Daly.Hook line and sinker, reel 'em in Brendan, they just can't handle the truth.
44. Tampac. That's right we look like a team that's almost bankrupt. As for Sir Tom show a bit respect. Anyways got to go I'm watching "The Famous" v Celtic, tell you what Lafferty looks a good signing eh!
43 your stadium is mortgaged up to the hilt and on and three seasons in the lower divisions have nearly bankrupted you.One uncle Tom goes so will your embittered lot.
To all Hertz fans, all 10,000,000 of you worldwide. I'm off now to watch Hibernian, your city rivals and inferior club. In our wee 22k all seated stadium (that's paid for) that's sold out today to cheer them on. We may lose but they're you go, at least we paid the players wages. Hope you enjoy your Saturday afternoon getting rolled over.

Strange how the Lochend paupers (Thom1975) always shout cheat the 4-0 and the 5-1 have sickened you for ever.
The reason why McPhee is still there is because the board didn't want to sack Cathro but had to as the Hearts fans were cancelling their DD's. The fans have Lady Anne by the short hairs. An embarrassment of riches she said in re to the amount if applications, we have luxury of time she says. We'll I say best of luck love as you are in the brown stuff and no one likes your club!
Friday 25th August. Tommy Wright is speaking at the press briefing before the following day's game against Celtic. When asked about Celtic's failure to qualify for the CL group stages he suggests that it could have been avoided if had recruited to address the obvious squad deficiencies at striker and in central defence.Rogers would be fine with that?
Cathro was like a wee boy lost during his first day at the big school , head boy Levein was[hiding] in the background allowing his wee man to be pushed around and blamed for everything , whether or not Cathro is worth a go in future , Levein is the man who should be kicked out of Hearts , he is arrogant , ignorant illusive and going by his past record , not good manager .
Remember - It's a long time (if ever) since Rogers has tried to recruit players on a budget similar to that available to Hearts. His only experience of recruitment since coming to Scotland has been with a club who have an infinitely larger budget that all of the others.Somettime you can't sign your ideal player and for most managers that then involves having to adapt your style of play.
Just read more about this in this morning's papers. I really feel that the story here is that "Brendan" (as he's referred to by the fawning media) is willing to discuss in such detail the recruitment process at another club and in so doing put pressure on people within that club. Out of order!
I think the real story here is the jammies have 7 away games in their first 9.Anne Budge is in no hurry to appoint a new manager. So say the new person takes over in September... no prospect of signing a new player, and the realistic prospect of being in a submerged league position...Their season could be over by October 24th when they visit hibs.Tough motivation task coming up.
I've seen Cathro compared to Yoda. I was thinking he's more a Mr Smithers. Either way I'm sure he's good at what he does, but seemed to lack abit of gumption, smeddum & backbone. Footballers in general get their own way (not condoning) but you really need to let them know who the boss is. Levein is clearly Mr Burns...for now. No doubt undermining Cathro.
He may or may not be a good coach but at the end of the day it is all about winning matches which he bhimself acknowledged - his win to played record was shocking.
Rodgers has been on the vino
Who knows Grumpy, just know the Hearts are building the stand themselves i.e. not bringing a company in to do it for them. The Scottish Parliment was built the same way as it was hoped that the tax payer would save money and we all know how that wee gem of a project went!
