A former Premier League assistant referee has told BBC Radio 5 live's Rowan Bridge about the moment a single sneeze caused him to suffer a brain haemorrhage.

John Holbrook, who was assistant referee when Paolo di Canio pushed referee Paul Alcock in 1998, was climbing the stairs on Christmas Day in 2014 when it happened.
