Leaves the door wide open for City!!!!
107Reminds me of the England metatarsal curse. Beckham, Gerrard, Rooney. All of them rushed back and a waste of space, fit players left at home! Seemed to be a spate of them in football then, hardly hear of one these days.
Normally quiet or just as obnoxious when he has lost.
@ 102 OssieThat's a shame, he's got the potential to light up the league same way as Aguero did when he first arrived.I'm sure City can cope. Sane looking good also.
Jesus injured = replace him with Brian Cohen ?Many Judases in PL, so not a surprise.£5 billion = lots of silver pieces, New Wembley = Potter's Field ?Mary Magdalen = WAG ?Roll away John Stone(s).
BBC should learn to appreciate teams with good quality & how well they play instead, going behind these wee clubs which came to supposedly raise only because of money & nothing else. Compared to Bournemouth raise to Premier league there is nothing Mancity achieved. Without money they would still play in Championship or, even in League 1 but, Bournemouth story raise to Premier league unparallel
LOL @ true red!! And if he truly saves put him in goal!!
@97He's broke a metatarsal, he won't be back in a month, his foot will be in a cast for that length of time, be lucky to see him again this season. Jus when it was going so well for City.
Perhaps it just shows LFC fans just have more time on their hands......for posting comments on sites!! 😂😂
If this was an LFC HYS we would by now be in our multi hundreds of comments, just shows that the Plastics don't go online to support Man Citeh and ManUre much Dearies.
Bournemouth will improve now that the great ego that is Wilshere (1 assist and no goals yet again in a whole season) is on sick leave again.
Fat mick, I'd rather see Liverpool in the top than man city or chelsea, from a genuine football fan
Disappointed to see Jesus injured, looks like another cracker, he'll be back in a month or so.City will have to rely on their second choice striker...Aguero !!! Tough times ahead.
Metatarsals are not usually a long lkay off........I think Jesus will okay to play on Easter Monday
So sad to hear of Gabriel Jesus's injury robbing British fans of seeing a rare talent certainly for the next few months. I don't know how Chelsea keep avoiding injuries maybe it's Eva's Ghost coming to their aid. For me that takes City's long shot chance of the title away from them for this season although I think they'll qualify for a top 4 spot but a big blow also to the Champs League as well
@90. OmClubs can't actually survive without the "glory hunters". The local supporters won't be buying the memorabilia or even paying for Sky. They'll be down the pub watching it on Abu Dhabi TV :-) slagging off all the supporters travelling far and wide to watch "their" team, lol.
Did someone mention that MCFC were going to charge on with Jesus' fleet footed inspiration? Oooops! :-) Tbf to Conte, he got the blend right and he has not had any bad luck with injuries or absences ... if he can be consistent with that CFC deserve the title. For various reasons, all the other top 6 (apart from THFC) have had significant slumps; including the best footballing performers, LFC.
From a West Ham fan, why didn't Jesus do that three weeks ago???, seriously though wishing a swift recovery to one talented guy.
if anybody can get over a broken metatarsil in time for the next match,it has to be JESUS!!!!
