Reds midfielder Harkin out for a year with knee injury
Cliftonville have been dealt a major blow after midfielder Ruairi Harkin was ruled out for a year because of a serious knee injury.
The 27-year-old sustained an anterior cruciate ligament injury in last weekend's win over Ballymena United.
Reds boss Gerard Lyttle revealed the extent of the injury after the 1-0 win at Coleraine on Friday night.
Harkin played for Derry City and Coleraine before moving to Solitude in the summer.
