Match ends, Millwall 0, Gillingham 3.
Gillingham produced a dominant display to brush aside 10-man Millwall.
Dominic Samuel headed the Gills ahead from a Bradley Dack free-kick, before Lions keeper Jordan Archer was sent off for bringing down Cody McDonald.
Dack converted the resulting penalty past substitute keeper David Forde to put the visitors in control.
Samuel wrapped up the win with his second goal, finishing from a tight angle as he took advantage of Byron Webster's loose back-pass.
Millwall manager Neil Harris told BBC Radio London:
"I'm pleased with my players in the second half, I thought down to 10 men we wanted a reaction, got a reaction and arguably we were the best team in the second half.
"You can't give goals away at home, you can't give teams a two-goal head start and be down to 10 men and expect to get anything out of the game.
"I was pleased with my players for their second half, but overall disappointed with them."
