Huddersfield Town: Dean Whitehead sidelined with knee injury

Huddersfield Town midfielder Dean Whitehead has been ruled out for up to eight weeks with a knee injury.
The 33-year-old former Stoke City, Sunderland and Oxford United man was forced off hurt in the second half of Saturday's 2-0 win at Birmingham City.
Whitehead has made 19 appearances for the Terriers this season, having joined Huddersfield following his release from Middlesbrough in the summer.
He could miss as many as nine Championship games before February.
Victory at St Andrew's was Huddersfield's first triumph in six games and their first win under manager David Wagner.
