Shaun Tuton scored his sixth goal in three games as struggling Halifax beat Dover to pick up only their fourth National League win of the season.
Tuton latched onto Kevin Roberts' cross to put the hosts ahead before Nicky Wroe doubled the lead from a rebound.
Dover's Ricky Miller scored at the second attempt, but Jordan Burrow turned in Tuton's cross to make it 3-1.
Dover hit back with Stefan Payne's goal from a free-kick but Tuton's second from a loose ball sealed the win.
