Fleetwood Town 4-0 Burton Albion

Bobby Grant is congratulated after scoring in his side's win over Burton
Bobby Grant has scored five goals in his last six games

Bobby Grant's double helped Fleetwood Town beat high-flying Burton Albion with a dominant second-half display to climb out of the League One drop zone.

Matty Palmer hit the woodwork for Burton in a tight first half which ended with the hosts a goal up thanks to Jamie Proctor's close-range strike.

The opener allowed Fleetwood to play on the break and Grant's low shot and fine curling strike made it 3-0.

Steven Pressley's first win as Cod Army boss was rounded off by Ash Hunter.

The substitute slid in a late fourth to take his side up to 19th, while the Brewers drop to third following their second successive defeat.

Burton boss Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink told BBC Radio Derby:

"I thought we were the better side in the first half.

"I thought we were very dominant but then they scored from a break and took the goal really well.

"Second half I thought we started very sloppy and that's not us we chased the game a little bit too much. It didn't work and we were too open."
