Ivorian defender Kolo Toure says he has a tough decision to make about his Liverpool future in the coming days.
The 33-year-old, who retired from international duty after winning the Africa Cup of Nations in February, will be out of contract in the summer.
"We are still talking to the club. We will see in a few days. The club have to think and I have to think," he said.
"It is very important to know what you are facing. I need to do the right thing for me and my family."
Toure joined the Premier League club at the start of the 2013 season but has made only 31 appearances for them in all competitions and has largely been a fringe player.
