League Two side AFC Wimbledon have completed the signing of experienced Crawley Town midfielder Dannie Bulman on a free transfer.

The 35-year-old, who has spent the last four years with the Sussex club, turned down a new deal with the Reds.

Bulman has had three separate spells with Crawley and scored 14 goals in a total of 273 league appearances for the League One club.

The Dons have not disclosed the length of Bulman's contract.

Bulman began his career with Ashford Town (Middlesex) and has also had spells with Wycombe Wanderers, Stevenage and Oxford United.

"I have tried to sign Dannie three times since I've been here," Dons boss Neal Ardley told the club website.external-link

"We watched Crawley several times last season for various reasons and I've been really impressed with him. He's a very fit and energetic midfielder and I think he will be a big player for us next season."
