Lack of injuries pleases Hodgson

England manager Roy Hodgson says he is happy that England leave Miami without any further injuries after a tough, weather-delayed 0-0 draw with Honduras.
The Central American side were responsible for some rough tackling in what was England's final warm-up game before they begin their World Cup campaign against Italy on 14 June.
Hodgson's side arrive in their camp in Rio with Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain as their only injury concern.
