Dagenham and Redbridge and Mansfield had to settle for a point after an entertaining end-to-end goalless draw at Victoria Road.
Luke Norris's promising early chance was denied after an impressive save from visiting keeper Alan Marriott.
Sam Clucas almost put Mansfield ahead but saw his shot saved by the Daggers' Chris Lewington.
Adebayo Azeez then forced a block from Marriott late into proceedings but neither side broke the deadlock.
Dagenham are winless in five and have not won at home since their New Year's Day victory over AFC Wimbledon, whilst Mansfield are winless in three.
Mansfield Town manager Paul Cox told BBC Radio Nottingham:
"I think over the 90 minutes you would have to say it's a fair result but, having said, that we probably should have had the game wrapped up at half-time.
"We had some excellent chances, failed to put them away and then the game became open in the last 20 minutes and Alan Marriott has pulled off a couple of decent saves.
"We keep saying it week in, week out that we need to be a bit more ruthless in the last third.
