Torquay's League Two match with fellow strugglers Bury has been postponed after the Plainmoor pitch failed a second pitch inspection.
Referee Dave Phillips carried out an inspection at 09:00 GMT but delayed any decision until a second check at noon.
The pitch had been described as playable on Friday but more overnight rain has left it waterlogged.
Torquay said: "The groundstaff have worked tirelessly but the pitch was deemed too wet by the officials."
Torquay have now seen three games called off in the last month, with their last home game a 1-1 draw with Morecambe on 4 January.
