Hearts owner case delayed for seventh time
- From the section Football

A decision on the bankruptcy of Hearts parent company, UBIG, has been postponed for a seventh time.
A court in Lithuania is now scheduled to hear the case on Monday.
The outcome of the case will have an impact on the club being able to exit administration - a creditors' meeting is scheduled for 22 November.
UBIG's shareholding in Hearts, for whom the Foundation of Hearts has bid £2.5m, cannot be sold until the court decides on who the liquidator of UBIG will be.
