Dundee 2-0 Raith Rovers

Dundee kept up the pressure on Championship leaders Hamilton Accies with a victory over 10-man Raith Rovers.

Ryan Conroy's free-kick found the bottom corner in the 28th minute to break the deadlock.

Rovers went a man down two minutes later after Callum Booth's second yellow card for a foul on Nicky Riley.

And Craig Wighton put the game to bed four minutes after the break when he nodded in Riley's pass.

It was Wighton's first goal of the season.

Calum Elliot forced Kyle Letheren into a save with 20 minutes to go, but Rovers failed to muster a comeback.

The victory means Dundee bounced back from their first defeat in five at the hands of Livingston last weekend.
