Hodgson ready for 'cup final'

England manager Roy Hodgson describes Tuesday's World Cup qualifier away in Ukraine as a "cup final" and says if either side lose they will have "their backs against the wall" to qualify.

The 66-year-old confirms that there will "only be one change" from the team that beat Moldova on Friday, with James Milner expected to replace the suspended Danny Welbeck.

England currently top Group H on goal difference from Macedonia, who have played one more game, and are a point ahead of Tuesday's hosts with three games to play.
