Cheltenham Town: Connor Roberts signs new contract
Goalkeeper Connor Roberts has signed a new one-year deal with Cheltenham Town.
The 20-year-old Wales Under-21 international joined the Robins last summer following his release from Premier League side Everton.
He is second-choice keeper, behind Scott Brown, at Cheltenham and has yet to make an first-team appearance.
"We are just glad to have Connor back. He has developed well so we didn't want to waste that," manager Mark Yates told the club website.
"The deal had to be right for him but he has made good progress with us, including getting into the Wales U21 squad.
"It was touch and go at one stage but we left the door open for him and he's decided to stay."
