SFA tribunal bans Frazer Wright for two games
St Johnstone's Frazer Wright has been banned for two matches for striking Celtic's Mikael Lustig with his elbow.
Wright's club had opted to contest the ban when it was offered by the Scottish Football Association's compliance officer, Vincent Lunny.
But a disciplinary tribunal meeting at Hampden on Thursday decided that the defender, 33, should be punished for violent conduct in the 11 May match.
Wright will now miss Saints' final league match, against Motherwell.
St Johnstone trail third-placed Inverness CT by a point as the pair vie for the final Europa League place for next season.
