Actually, no, I stand corrected. TF actively persued players (he went to see and talk to Samba and convinced him to join, even though he wasn't fit!)...and why would the managers sign key Korean players (one hasn't debuted yet)? All to do with the brand. If anything, he's exploited QPR for the sake of promoting his own companies. It's been a £50mill marketing campaign for Air Asia.
As a QPR fan, I saw the soul of the club being torn apart and hate what it's become.1) TF left the signings to the managers, but wanted big names to attract attention and to be at the top of the EPL2) Then he could concentrate on growing the QPR brand in Asia3) Which would bring in more £££4) and QPR would then be a useful tool* to promote his other businesses*His words in an interview
4 Wins in the league all season is shocking.Harry" how much can i blow"Redknapp had the same idea as the board.Lets spend our way out of trouble.Interesting to see who stays.
'Exploited'!!!??? You were the one who employed Harry Rednapp, What did you expect.
#296Yep, exactly how I'd be if Parker and Barton were drafted onto the pitch before me.Then I'd need an empty paper bag.The only good thing is that *Taarabt can either regain his spark in the C'Ship or with another team. I'd like 2 see him at NUFC, Wigan or especially Villa (regardless of their fates that is)
In truth,he does bear the look of a man who's been violated.
Sadly, its been a complete shambles at Loftus Road, and that's why QPR are relegated. Mr Fernandes needs to keep Harry Redknapp in order to get the team together. And please Mr Fernandes, forget about getting Mark Hughes back. I cannot understand why you made that statement. QPR can get up, but will take a lot of hard work and pulling together, and I feel Harry Redknapp can do it.
Fernandes is a successful businessman. When hiring for his business he will review CVs and ask what you have done in the past. So Mr Rednapp. What happened at financially at Portsmouth, West Ham and Bournemouth after you left........Sorry TF the evidence was there if you looked.....
If Joey Barton had stayed at QPR, In my opinion they would have stayed up. However.. Joey Barton has an ego to talk and if he was such a man he would of stayed at QPR honour his contract with QPR and got them out the mess then in the summer have a major clear out and sort the club out.. However he was talk talk talk..
Dear Tony, You have been about as much use as a chocolate frying pan.
