Federico Bessone leaves Oldham without playing first-team game
Full-back Federico Bessone has left Oldham Athletic without playing a first-team game for the Latics.
The 29-year-old was a free agent when he on deadline day last month.
But Argentina-born Bessone failed to recover from a calf injury he suffered in his third training session.
"Federico made a big effort to join us but, sadly, it didn't work out for either party," manager Lee Johnson told the club website.
Bessone previously had spells in English football with Swansea, Leeds, Charlton and Swindon.
