Jersey Premiership: Scottish edge closer to title with comfortable win
Luke Campbell netted a late hat-trick to help Jersey Scottish to a 7-1 win at St Lawrence and move them ever closer to the Jersey Premiership title.
Goals from Joe Murphy (2) and Jordan Rea had put the Scots in command but St Lawrence hit back through Ben Le Fondre on the hour mark.
Charlie Petulla's strike followed by Campbell's 15-minute hat-trick sealed the win though.
Elsewhere second-placed St Paul's were held to a goalless draw at Rozel.
That means the Scots are now 11 points clear at the summit of the Premiership, but have played two matches more than their rivals for the top spot.
Scottish now need five points from their final three matches to make sure they win the title again.
