Kidderminster Harriers came from behind to beat Braintree at Aggborough and maintain their one-point lead at the top of the Blue Square Bet Premier.
Steve Burr's side have now lost just twice in 17 games since New Year's Day.
That record looked under threat when Kenny Davis headed in Dan Sparkes' near post corner before half-time.
But Marvin Johnson set up the equaliser from Anthony Malbon, who then pressured Dean Wells into an own goal to keep Harriers above Mansfield Town.
It compounded a lacklustre performance from the home side when Davis headed Braintree in front a minute from the break.
But the introduction of the highly-rated Johnson just before the hour turned the contest.
The Harriers winger's low left-wing cross fell for top scorer Malbon to tap in his 17th goal of the season.
Then Malbon's low right-wing cross pressured Wells into slicing the ball into his own net from six yards.
